When connecting Google Search Console properties to RankVouch:

• You warrant that you have lawful authorization, ownership, or client consent to access and display search performance metrics for the properties you connect.
• You agree not to connect properties that do not belong to you or for which you have not been granted legitimate Search Console verification access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any actions performed under your account.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to tamper with, forge, or manipulate cryptographic verification proof hashes.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or excessive scraping tools against public proof endpoints that cause denial of service.
• Misrepresent client results or fabricate proof badges for fraudulent commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

RankVouch and its original content, features, interfaces, badges, and designs remain the exclusive property of RankVouch. Your underlying client domain data and trademarked logos remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Services (Google APIs)

RankVouch utilizes the Google Search Console API. Your use of features integrating with Google is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. RankVouch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RankVouch is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of Google's third-party APIs or search console reporting latency. In no event shall RankVouch be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent proof manipulation. You may discontinue your use of RankVouch at any time by disconnecting your properties and closing your account.
