- Account Information: When you sign in with Google or create an account, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication identifier.
- Google Search Console Data (Read-Only): When you authorize Google Search Console via OAuth, we request the read-only scope (

We ingest aggregated website metrics: total clicks, impressions, average click-through rate (CTR), average position, and date intervals. - User-Generated Profile Data: Optional agency details, bios, portfolio links, and personal website URLs that you choose to display publicly on your portfolio.

3. How We Use Google Search Console Data
Google Search Console data is used solely for the core functionality of RankVouch:

- To render public client proofs and portfolio case studies that you choose to publish.
- To perform automated daily background updates when offline synchronization is authorized by you.
4. Google User Data Sharing & Transfer Restrictions
In accordance with Google's Limited Use requirements:
- No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize Google user data to any third parties, brokers, or advertisers.
- No Advertising: We do not use Google user data to serve retargeted or personalized ads.
- No AI Model Training: Google Search Console data is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Human Inspection: No human employees or contractors inspect your raw Google Search Console data unless you give explicit written permission for technical troubleshooting, or required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention & User Disconnection
You maintain full control over your data and connected Google accounts:
- One-Click Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google Search Console account at any time from your dashboard under Connections ➔ Disconnect Google. This immediately purges active access tokens and offline refresh tokens from our active database.
- Google Account Revocation: You can independently revoke RankVouch's access at any time via your Google Account Security Permissions page.
- Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and associated properties by contacting us at contact@rankvouch.com.
